How were Brilliant Standards selected?
We evaluated thousands of our most-requested items and narrowed them down into one highly-curated collection. All products selected meet rigorous standards for quality, value, and efficiency.
Are there any limitations?
Brilliant Standards differs from our traditional high-touch offering in the following ways:
- Access to our design team is not included and customizations are limited to standard or basic options.
- Decoration method is the standard imprint method and location recommendation per product (typically 5k stitch embroidery or 1 color screenprint with underbase).
- Rushes cannot be guaranteed.Typical in-hand lead time is ~ 3 weeks. Items needed within 24-72 hours should be handled by Brilliant’s full-service team.
- Minimum order quantity required (as set by supplier).
- Polybags for apparel and other “extras” may incur additional costs.
Why aren’t all of these products super cheap?
The objective of Brilliant Standards isn’t to provide the absolute cheapest tote bag anywhere, but to provide reliable, quality options in all top categories at a variety of price points.
